1. Accepting These Terms
By connecting your crypto wallet (e.g. MetaMask, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet) or interacting with the platform, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree, please do not connect your wallet or place trades.
2. Who Can Use PredictWin
To use this platform, you must meet the following rules:
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must follow all local laws that apply to your location regarding prediction markets.
- You must not use the platform if your region restricts decentralized trading applications.
3. Non-Custodial (You Control Your Wallet)
PredictWin is completely non-custodial. We never hold your private keys, seed phrases, or funds.
Your Responsibility: Keep your wallet keys and recovery phrases safe. Any trade confirmed with your wallet is signed directly by you.
4.Platform Balance & Withdrawals
You can deposit testnet ETH into your platform balance to enjoy fast 1-click trades without constant wallet approvals:
- Withdraw Anytime: You can withdraw your deposited balance and winnings back to your personal wallet address at any time.
- No Interest: Deposited funds do not earn interest. They are held only for trading in markets.
- Gas Fees: Blockchain transactions require network gas paid in native testnet ETH.
5. Market Creation Rules
Anyone can create a prediction market for a token (e.g. BTC, ETH, SOL, SHIB) by paying a 0.002 ETH listing fee. Markets must follow basic fair rules:
- No illegal activities, violent events, or harmful topics.
- No misleading or fraudulent market definitions.
- Markets that violate community standards may be hidden from the website interface.
6.Market Resolution & Outcomes
When a market reaches its deadline date, it resolves based on real market price data from DexScreener:
Final Settlement: Once resolved, payouts are fixed on the blockchain. Winners can claim their rewards immediately. If price data is completely unavailable or broken, the market may be marked Invalid so all traders get 100% of their wagers back.
7. Fees
PredictWin uses clear, transparent fees:
- Listing Fee: 0.002 ETH to create a new token market (helps prevent spam).
- Trading Fee: 2.0% total on trade stakes (1.0% to protocol reserve, 1.0% to the market creator).
- Claim Fee: 0.0% (Winners keep 100% of their share).

9.Risks & Testnet Notice
Please keep in mind the following risks:
- Testnet Environment: PredictWin is live on the Robinhood Testnet. Testnet chains can reset or experience maintenance.
- Price Fluctuations: Crypto prices can be unpredictable and change quickly. You may lose the amount you wager on an incorrect prediction.
